Personalized, root-cause support to help you feel your best physically, mentally, and emotionally.

• Custom nutrition, lifestyle & supplement support
• Mindfulness coaching, meditation, and breathwork
• Advanced testing available at additional price:

Pricing:

• Initial Consultation (75 min): $225
• Follow-Up Sessions (60 min): $175
• Testing Review Session (60 min): $200
• 3-Month Package $925 or with 3x4 Genetics test: $1250 (includes intake + 4 follow-ups + phone/email support)

Note: Testing costs are not included in counseling fees and are billed as separate add-ons as needed.

Client Agreement: A separate nutrition mentoring agreement is provided for all functional health work.
